About the role
We’re a home services company with 5+ years in business (junk removal, dumpster rental, demolition). Trucks are ready. Crews are ready.
The only thing that needs to increase is booked jobs.
We’re looking for a performance marketer who lives and dies by cost per booked job.
Platform doesn’t matter: Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok—whatever actually works locally.
No fluff. No “brand awareness.”
If it doesn’t turn into scheduled jobs, we don’t care.
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search first; PMax only if you actually know how to make it work for local)
Facebook / Instagram (lead forms or direct-to-call)
Any other channel you can prove generates profitable booked jobs
Track every lead by source: platform, campaign, ad
Every 7 days:
Review ad spend by channel
Count leads, calls, and booked jobs
Calculate cost per booked job
Scale winners, pause or kill losers
Test 1 new offer or angle (pricing, urgency, bundles)
Send a simple one-page summary:
Spend
Leads
Booked jobs
Cost per booked job
What you changed and why
Pay per verified booked job
Applies to:
Google Ads
Facebook / Instagram
Any other tracked channel you manage
We pay ad spend directly (our cards)
You work inside our ad accounts
No retainers
No % of ad spend
No games
A booked job must be:
From a tracked campaign you manage
Scheduled with a date and time
Does NOT count if:
Customer cancels same day ❌
Customer ghosts ❌
We’ll update every lead as Booked / Not Booked / Cancelled in a shared sheet or CRM within 24–48 hours so you can optimize properly.
You will be judged on:
Booked jobs per week from paid ads
Cost per booked job (ad spend ÷ booked jobs)
Lead-to-booking rate
Month-over-month volume growth without blowing up cost per booked job
We do not care about:
Likes, comments, followers
Impressions with no context
Ranking screenshots that don’t turn into calls
Only apply if:
You’ve run paid campaigns for local service businesses (home services preferred)
You can show real numbers (spend, leads, booked jobs)
You’re comfortable being paid on results, not hours
Nice to have:
You can make simple creatives that actually convert
You can write direct-response copy that makes homeowners call or submit now

Position Purpose and Responsibility:

We consistently wow and amaze our customers on a daily basis, and we expect that anyone who is chosen to be a part of our team will do the same. As a professional junk remover, candidates are expected to lift and remove heavy items from local homes and businesses in a quick and efficient manner. These individuals must have positive attitudes, the ability to problem solve, and the ability to work well in a team environment. If you are interested in getting paid to help clients and get a good workout moving items, learn more about the position’s requirements/details below.
Specific Job Duties Include:
• Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day - especially your clients.
• Drive and navigate a light-duty truck.
• Load various materials including debris and junk items into our truck
• Providing exceptional customer service to the local community
• Responsible for proper loading and dumping of truck contents
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Using our app to manage your schedule and fulfill all jobs timely
• Keeping the vehicles clean and filled with fluid
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc)
• Prior Driving Experience with trucks is a plus!
Schedule:
8-10 hour shifts
40 hours per week starting at 7AM-8AM - 6PM
